Yes. Customer checkout collects the full due through bKash, Nagad, or card. Agency desks can still record cash or partial collection for walk-in bookings.

What is included in the package price?

Transport on the published vehicle, stays listed for that package, and meals marked on the itinerary. Optional activities, extra hotel nights, and personal expenses are called out separately so the headline price stays honest.

How do pickup points work?

Each tour lists timed pickup points. Choose the one that suits you at booking. If you need a different stop, message WhatsApp at least 24 hours before departure and we will confirm whether the coach can take it.

Can I change seats after I book?

Seat changes are possible while the departure still has open inventory. Write to the desk with your booking reference. Once the coach is locked for departure, the map is frozen so the captain can board against it.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure are eligible for a refund according to the tour terms. Inside 72 hours, the seat is held for the departure unless we can resell it. Group and private charters follow the written quote.

Yes. Send dates, headcount, and the cities you want. We quote a private departure with the same coaches, hotels, and trip captain standard as the catalog, plus a single invoice for the organiser.
